•  2,800 square feet +/- with 30’ minimum frontage
• Drive-thru preferred, when possible, with adequate queue
• Patio is desirable (250 square feet minimum)
• Exterior cooler is helpful (on 11’x13’ pad)
• Unobstructed visibility from primary roadway
• 40+ parking spaces available for employees and guests
