As Senior Sales Associate of Brokerage Services, Wyeth specializes in tenant and landlord representation on a regional and local scale in the Philadelphia tri-state area. Wyeth has been a member of the Metro team since 2023 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. His experience has led him to representing tenants such as Wonder, Midas, Marco’s Pizza, and more in their expansion across the Philadelphia area. He also represents over 1.3 million square feet or retail space on behalf of landlords including Inland Real Estate Income Trust, CenterSquare Investment Management, Pettinaro, and LNR Properties, among others.

Wyeth is an active member of the Chainlinks Retail Advisors network and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Wyeth is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance.
