TJ Durham has over 22 years of property management experience. As Executive Vice President of Property Management, TJ’s primarily responsible to ensure our client’s expectations are exceeded in managing our 10 million square feet portfolio. His client base is an even mix of private equity, financial institutions and special servicers. TJ has assembled a team of property management experts consisting of 7 Property Managers and 4 Project Coordinators. Over his 22 year career TJ has cultivated strategic relationships with Clients and Vendors developing cost savings strategies applied across the portfolio. TJ manages a key portfolio of assets on a day to day basis and is very experienced in budgeted, financial reporting, tenant fit-outs and capital improvement projects.

TJ has been a member of the Metro team since 2007 and is based out of our Mt. Laurel office. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
