As a Sr. Sales Associate of Brokerage Services, Scott specializes in representing restaurant and grocery tenants. He does this in the city of Philadelphia as well as the surrounding NJ and PA suburbs. Currently, Scott represents Benny’s Pizza, Paris Baguette, Flynn Restaurant Group, Ocho Supper Club, Brown’s Superstores (ShopRite, Fresh Grocer, DiBruno Brothers, and their real estate real estate portfolio), and many Center City landlords & local restaurant groups. Scott works primarily with Jonathan Spoerl, Scott Benson, Shane Hart, and Michael Gorman to represent tenants and landlords.

Scott is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Next Generation, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Jewish Federation of Real Estate (JFRE). Scott is also on the board of Sharing Excess and Friends of Rittenhouse Square. Scott joined Metro Commercial in 2025 and is based out of the Mount Laurel office.
