As Sales Associate of Brokerage Services, Meredith specializes in tenant and landlord representation across Florida. Her current portfolio includes an estimated 200k SF of new construction leasing for landlord clients such as Barron Collier, Cornerstone, and Treeline Real Estate. Meredith works closely with Metro Brokers Rod Castan, Tony Cervone, and Carlos Guzman, supporting leasing, sales, and tenant representation.

She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Meredith has been a member of the Metro team since 2025 and is based in the Coconut Grove office in Miami. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University.
