As a Sr. Sales Associate of Brokerage Services, Grace specializes in representing both Landlords and Tenants across the Philadelphia MSA, Central PA, and Southern NJ. Her current portfolio exceeds a GLA of 1.5 million SF and includes work on behalf of national, regional, and local ownership groups (Weis Markets, ECHO Realty, American Continental Properties). On the tenant side, Grace is actively engaged in site selection and market strategy for brands including Discount Tire, KinderCare, ACE Pickleball, and Heartland Dental.

Grace works closely with Metro brokers Phillip Azarik, Brian Goodwin, Brendan Mulligan, and Jon Spoerl, supporting efforts across leasing, sales, and tenant representation.

She is an active member of the Chainlinks Retail Advisors network, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Bama Real Estate Network (BREN). Grace joined Metro Commercial in 2024 and is based out of the Plymouth Meeting office. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
