As Vice President of Brokerage Services, Brendan specializes in landlord and tenant representation. His active retail clients include Caliber Collision, Discount Tire, Dollar Tree, Great Clips, McAlister’s Deli, Scooter’s Coffee, and Xfinity/Comcast.
In addition, Brendan represents numerous owners on a project leasing basis including Acadia Realty Trust, Exchange Right, Echo Realty, KPR, Nassimi Properties, Ocean State Job Lot, and Weis Markets.

Brendan has been a member of the Metro team since 2019 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of Temple University.
