Dekalb Plaza was purchased in 2013 by Broad Street Realty and since then has had strong velocity in a redevelopment of the property. Sears and KMART have been replaced with Savers, Crunch Fitness and now Urban Air. In addition, Metro Commercial has completed multiple other transactions in the center including a barber shop, restaurants, and more.
