SITE CENTERS HIRES METRO COMMERCIAL TO LEASE THREE SHOPPING CENTERS IN PENNSYLVANIA AND NEW JERSEY
PHILADELPHIA–October 23, 2018–Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (Metro), one of the nation’s leading full-service, independent retail real-estate firms, is pleased to announce it has been awarded three new leasing assignments with SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE: SITC). The properties include Ashbridge Square in Downingtown, Pennsylvania and Wrangleboro Consumer Square and Hamilton Commons in Mays Landing, New Jersey. The leasing team from Metro is led by Principal and Executive Vice President Joseph Dougherty and Senior Vice President Rob Cooper with assistance from Sales Associate David Judd.

- Wrangleboro Consumer Square in Mays Landing, New Jersey: An 841,687-square-foot shopping center with 55,466 square feet available for lease. Major tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Chipotle, Christmas Tree Shops, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, DSW, Famous Dave’s BBQ, Kirkland’s, Kohl’s, Marshalls, Men’s Wearhouse, PetSmart, Red Robin, Regal Cinemas, Ross Dress for Less, Staples, Target, and Ulta Beauty.
- Hamilton Commons in Mays Landing, New Jersey: A 397,424-square-foot shopping center with 15,414 square feet available for lease. Major tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, Big Lots, Chuck E.
