PHILADELPHIA, PA — December 3, 2020 — Aldi is excited to announce its newest location as it opens in the heart of Northeast Philadelphia. The new Aldi is located at the Shops at Broadridge Development at 1300 Fairmount Avenue in a 25,427 square-foot space. The deal was brokered by Phillip Azarik of Metro Commercial Real Estate, representing the landlord RAL Development.
