Wilkes-Barre–November 18, 2020– Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (Metro), one of the nation’s leading full-service, independent retail real estate firms, is pleased to announce three lease signings at Commerce Blvd. Commons in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This new developed, ground-up site is now fully leased. Commerce Blvd. Commons is located on Mundy Street in the heart of the strong regional retail market in Northeastern PA. This site is directly across the street from Wyoming Valley Mall. Senior Vice President Michael Murray and Vice President Patrick Gallagher represented the landlord TFP Limited III, L.P. in the deals.

Details on the new lease signings are as follows:
- Dollar Tree will occupy a 12,500-square-foot space and recently opened its doors to the public. This location adds to Dollar Tree’s rapid expansion throughout 2020.
- Blaze Pizza will take a 2,758-square-foot space and open in 2021. Commerce Blvd. Commons is Blaze Pizza’s ninth location in Pennsylvania and first in North East Pennsylvania. Blaze is a fast-casual California-based chain that lets customers build their own pizzas.
- Mission BBQ signed a lease for a 3,500-square-foot restaurant and is currently open to the public. This location marks their 87th restaurant opening, and the first in the Wilkes Barre Market. The casual chain restaurant brings BBQ flair to the shopping center and the greater Wilkes-Barre area and is open for lunch and dinner.
