Executive Vice President and Principal Glenn Marvin and Vice President Phillip Azarik represented JPMorgan Chase in leasing all four deals. Additionally, Executive Vice President and Principal Michael Gorman represented the landlord in the 1636 Walnut Street, Philadelphia transaction.
These new sites include:
Villanova, Pennsylvania: 4,464 square feet at 795 East Lancaster Avenue. The branch opened December 13, 2018.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Metro Commercial both listed and leased the 1,950-square-foot space at 1636 Walnut Street. The branch opened December 13, 2018.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: 4,052 square feet at 1628 JFK Boulevard.
Camden, New Jersey: 2,211 square feet at 530 Federal Street. The branch opened in early November 2018.
