Metro Commercial Real Estate is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator at its Mount Laurel, NJ location.
Metro Commercial is the industry leader for retail brokerage providing regional, national, and international tenant representation to 140 individual and expanding retailers. Representing over 430 properties totaling over 32 million square feet, Metro also specializes in project leasing and landlord representation, investment sales, property management, and development services.
The primary role of the Marketing Coordinator will be to work closely with the VP of Marketing, internal company executives, and in-house graphics team, to generate quality, innovative, and design-driven print and digital marketing programs for the company.
The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES of a Marketing Coordinator:
*Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts and builds a qualified audience.
*Create and manage all inbound marketing content through content management system such as HubSpot.
*Produce written content for social media and actively post and engage on social media channels.
*Write case studies, blog posts, property listings, emails, website content, etc.
*Create targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns through various media channels.
*Maintain CRM database.
*Implement SEO strategy; track, manage and disseminate web analytics, contact data and metrics. Make data driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
*Coordinate trade show events and assist VP of Marketing with pre, during and post-show marketing initiatives and specific events.
REQUIREMENTS for a Marketing Coordinator:
*Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related subject.
*Previous marketing experience required; real estate or related experience preferred; retail experience a plus.
*Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress; familiarity with HTML.
*Knowledge of all digital marketing disciplines and platforms including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
