METRO COMMERCIAL ARRANGES 21,827 SF LEASE FOR ASHLEY FURNITURE
National furniture retailer to take over Lane Home Furnishings site
Wilmington, DE (New Castle County) - June 10, 2010 – Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the Philadelphia region's premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a sublease for the region’s largest home furniture and manufacturing company, Ashley Furniture, to occupy the former 21,827 square foot Lane Home Furnishings at the Brandywine Town Center located in Wilmington, DE.
This Wilmington location is Ashley’s second entry into the Northeast MD/Northern DE marketplace. Metro Commercial’s Brent Barbehenn represented the sublessor, Lane Furniture, in the transaction.
