Metro Commercial Inks Multiple Dollar Tree Deals throughout New Jersey and Southeastern PA
$1 variety store launches 11 new area locations
Conshohocken, PA – June 1, 2010 –Metro Commercial, the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firm, announced today that it has brokered 11 leases totaling over 120,000 square feet, in Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. These lease transactions come on the heels of a 10,000 square foot lease in Ventnor Plaza in Ventnor, NJ, and a 10,000 square foot lease at 1619 Grant Avenue in Philadelphia, PA, all brokered in 2008.
The 11 new deals are located throughout the region and include:

- 11,360 SF Street Road Plaza, Bensalem, PA
- 10,120 SF 1800 Sullivan Trail, Easton, PA
- 12,000 SF Route 30, Exton, PA
- 10,000 SF 215 Lancaster Avenue, Malvern, PA
- 12,000 SF 70th & Lindbergh Blvd., Philadelphia, PA
- 10,500 SF 69th Street, Upper Darby, PA
Metro Commercial’s, Donna Drew, who has represented Dollar Tree for the past 16 years, has negotiated all of their new leases and expansions throughout the Philadelphia market. Drew is also representing Dollar Tree’s newly acquired dollar store called Deal$. This is a multi-price-point concept that has the benefit of increasing the average baskets price of spending through Dollar Tree.
