Metro Commercial Negotiates New Spot for Old Navy
Old Navy to open in Willow Grove, PA
Willow Grove, PA – May 7, 2010 – As part of its ongoing representation of Gap, Inc. in the Greater Philadelphia Region, Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has negotiated a 17,757 square foot lease for Old Navy in Willow Grove, PA.
The store, which is relocating from Noble Town Center in nearby Jenkintown, PA this June, will be at the main entrance to Willow Grove Mall at 2546 Moreland Road. Old Navy was represented by Metro Commercial’s president Steven H. Gartner in the lease negotiations with the landlord, Goodman Properties of Jenkintown, PA. The retailer will be occupying a portion of the former Circuit City store.
Old Navy, a national growth-oriented chain owned by Gap, Inc., specializes in men’s, women’s and children’s apparel.
