Metro Commercial Inks Deal with P.C. Richard & Son

First store in Philadelphia region now open

Mount Laurel, NJ – July 28, 2009 – Metro Commercial Real Estate, the area’s preeminent retail real estate company, has negotiated a lease transaction with P.C. Richard & Son for the electronic retailer’s first store in the Philadelphia area.  The 32,900 square foot store is located at the 900,000 square-foot East Gate Square, the region’s largest open-air shopping center, located at Route 38 and Route 73 in both Moorestown and Mount Laurel, NJ.

P.C. Richard & Son, based in Farmingdale, NY, with 57 stores throughout the Northeast, opened the South Jersey store on July 2nd in a former free-standing Circuit City building.  East Gate Square, owned by Philadelphia-based BPG Properties, Ltd., is leased by Metro Commercial’s Michael Gorman.
