Metro Commercial Named Regional Broker for Quiznos

Franchise expected to ramp-up expansion throughout the region

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – November 17, 2008 – Metro Commercial, the region’s largest full-service retail real estate firm, has recently announced that it has been named the regional broker for Quiznos as the restaurant chain expands in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Donna Drew of Metro Commercial will represent the restaurant in its search for new sites.

Quiznos, with headquarters in Denver, CO, presently has more than 5,000 franchise restaurants nationwide and is one of the fastest growing quick service national restaurant chains.

The Quiznos regional expansion is part of a new Philadelphia-based Strategic Business Development program being spearheaded  by local franchise expert Eli Chediak. As Quiznos VP of Strategic Development, Chediak is charged with managing new development for the region and overseeing the Strategic Business Development program across the nation.

“The motto is to be national but think local,” says Chediak. “We have hired the best of the best in each of the program’s local markets.” Quiznos has specifically chosen underdeveloped markets where opportunity exists to grow the business in a controlled fashion.
