Metro Commercial Represents Verizon in Leasing Over 24,000 Square Feet

CONSHOHOCKEN, PA – February 15, 2008 – Metro Commercial announced today that as of the end of 2007, it had wrapped up eight lease transactions totaling more than 24,000 square feet for Verizon Wireless, the premier national wireless company.
Metro Commercial’s Mike Murray managed the Verizon Wireless lease transactions for area locations including Abington Town Center, Abington, PA; City Avenue Shopping Center, Philadelphia, PA; The Promenade at Saucon Valley, Center Valley, PA; The Court at Upper Providence, Upper Providence, PA; Cambridge Crossing, Mt. Laurel, NJ; Concordville Town Center, Concordville, PA; Broadcasting Square shopping center, Reading/Wyomissing, PA; and Morgantown Crossing in Morgantown, PA.
