Metro Commercial Arranges 15,581 SF Lease for Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey
Goodwill is offering great bargains in Fairfield, New Jersey this fall
Fairfield, New Jersey, (Essex County) September 7, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a new 15,581 SF lease for Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey.
Metro Commercial’s Glenn Beyer represented Goodwill Industries in the transaction. The new retail outlet will be located at 423 Route 46 West in Fairfield, New Jersey in a freestanding site owned by Cornerstone Properties LLC.
