Metro Commercial Arranges 3,240 SF Lease in Florham Park for Cosi
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. continues to lead regional expansion program in northern New Jersey.
New location slated to open later this fall.
Florham Park, NJ (Morris County)– September 21, 2007– As part of its continuing representation of Cosi in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has negotiated a fifth location for the fast casual restaurant chain in Northern NJ.
Cosi will open a 3,230 SF location within Florham Park Plaza, a 40,000 SF neighborhood center located at 176 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park, New Jersey. Tenants of the center include Dress Barn, McDonalds and Citibank. The center is locally owned by Klein Florham Park, LLC (Klein Associates) based in Florham Park, New Jersey.
Metro Commercial’s Tom Butera represented Cosi in the transaction. “With its high visibility and accessibility to the nearby office population and surrounding residential, Cosi will be a welcome addition to Florham Park,” says Butera. The eatery is scheduled to open later this fall.
