Metro Commercial Negotiates 3,132 SF Lease in Montclair, NJ for Cosi
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. continues to lead national expansion program for Cosi throughout northern New Jersey.
Montclair, NJ (Essex County) – August 2, 2007 – As part of its continuing representation of Cosi in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has negotiated a fourth location for the fast casual restaurant chain in Northern NJ. Cosi will open a 3,132 SF location within The Siena, a mixed-use building located on Park Street in Montclair, NJ.
Metro Commercial’s Tom Butera serves as Exclusive Leasing Agent for Cosi. The 38,000 SF retail component of the Siena is anchored by New York Sports & Fitness and Starbucks. The property is locally owned by Herod Redevelopment, LLC based out of Chatham, New Jersey.
