The portfolio consists of over 150,000 SF and is currently 100% leased. Major tenants include National Wholesale Liquidators, Sleepy’s Mattresses and Sprint Nextel. Food establishments include high profile eateries Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut and McDonalds. Other major tenants include Hollywood Tans and Liberty Travel.
