Metro Commercial Leading Expansion Plan for AC Dental
Two new locations totaling 4,293 SF opening summer 2007
Ewing, New Jersey, (Mercer County) Toms River; New Jersey, (Ocean County) June 14, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company has negotiated two new leases for AC Dental.
In Ewing, New Jersey a 2,089 SF lease was negotiated in Parkside Plaza Shopping Center, a neighborhood center at 1740 North Olden Avenue. The major anchors of the 114,000 SF center are ShopRite and Hollywood Video. Parkside Plaza Shopping Center is locally owned by Hilton Realty Company based in Princeton, New Jersey.
In Toms River, New Jersey a new 2,203 SF lease was negotiated in BJ’s Shopping Center at 941 Route 37 West. The 250,000 SF center is anchored by BJ’s Wholesale Club and Value City Furniture. BJ’s Shopping Center is locally owned and operated by SDD Inc. based out of Forked River, New Jersey. Both locations are slated to open later this summer.
