In Edgewater, New Jersey, a new 3,045 SF lease was negotiated in Marketplace at Edgewater, a 69,000 SF neighborhood center at 725 River Road. Anchored by Trader Joe’s, the center is locally owned by CBC Management in Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
In Chester, New York, a new 2,600 SF lease was negotiated at Chester Springs Shopping Center. Located at the intersection of Route 206 and Route 24, the 224,153 community center is anchored by Staples and Shop Rite. Chester Springs Shopping Center is owned and operated by Ramco Gershenson based out of Farmington Hills, Michigan.
