Metro Commercial Management Negotiates 3,500 SF Lease for Fast Casual Eatery in Concordville, Pennsylvania
Cosi to open location in Concordville Town Center summer 2007
Concordville, Pennsylvania, (Delaware County) - May 31, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company has negotiated a new 3,500 SF lease for Cosi in the Concordville Town Center, a lifestyle center at the intersection of Route 1 and Conchester Highway in Concordville, Pennsylvania.
Metro Commercial’s Craig Sherby and Mike Murray served as the Leasing Agents for the 3,500 SF restaurant. The Concordville Town Center is anchored by Target and Home Depot and also includes major tenants such as Acme and Staples. The property is locally owned by Bandolini Companies located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
