Metro Commercial Negotiates New Lease in Moorestown Commons for Italian Eatery
Tratoria Barone Tuscan Pizza Kitchen to open summer 2007
Moorestown, New Jersey, (Burlington County) May 14, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company has negotiated a new 1,212 SF lease for Tuscan Pizza Kitchen at Moorestown Commons, a neighborhood center at the intersection of Centerton Road and Youngs Road in Moorestown, New Jersey.
Metro Commercial’s Brent Barbehenn serves as Exclusive Leasing Agent for the 96,467 SF center, which is anchored by Acme and Equity Bank. The property is locally owned by Moorestown Retail Development LLC, a company comprised of representatives from Hughes Development Group and Whitesell Construction Company Inc.
