Metro Commercial negotiates for DSW Shoe Warehouse in Warrington, PA
New location to open Summer 2007
Warrington, Pennsylvania, (Bucks County) April 3, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company has negotiated a new 16,645 SF lease for DSW Shoe Warehouse at Valley Square in Warrington, Pennsylvania.
Located on Route 611 and Street Road (Route 132), Valley Square is a new 225,000 SF lifestyle center, and is adjacent to power-center retailers Wegmans, Circuit City and Sports Authority. DSW plans on opening this fall upon completion and grand opening of the project.
Metro Commercial’s Glenn Marvin and Daniel Brickner serve as the Exclusive Tenant Representative for DSW Shoe Warehouse, which has placed 3 new local locations in the past 24 months.
Valley Square is owned by Valley Square Lifestyle, L.P. headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
