Metro Commercial Management Services to Manage Three Pennsylvania Community Centers
Westfall Town Center, Milford Landing and Wind Gap Plaza provide residents centrally located centers that offer quality and convenience.
Lehigh & Pike Counties, PA– March 29, 2007 – Metro Commercial Management Services, Inc., the region’s premier full-service management organization, has announced that they have been selected by Centerpoint Properties, Inc. to manage three major community centers throughout Pike County and Lehigh County in Pennsylvania.
In Pike County, Westfall Town Center is located on Route 209 in Westfall, Pennsylvania. Anchored by Kmart, additional tenants include Radio Shack, Payless Shoes and Fashion Bug. Offering 200,000 SF of retail space, the center is currently 95% occupied.
Also in Pike County, Milford Landing is a fully leased, 44,000 SF community center located along Route 209 in Milford. The center is anchored by Staples, and also includes Hollywood Video, Sleepy’s and Cellular One as tenants. Milford Landing is considered the one of the most coveted centers in the region based on location, appearance and visibility.
In Lehigh Valley, Wind Gap Plaza is a 190,000 SF neighborhood center located on Male Road in Wind Gap. Fully leased, Wind Gap Plaza’s anchors include Giant and Big K and the center is also occupied by Eckerd and Fashion Bug.
