Metro Commercial Negotiates new lease for FedEx Kinkos

Roseland, New Jersey, (Essex County) March 27, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company has negotiated a new 2,072 SF lease for FedEx Kinkos at Eagle Rock Commons.
Located on the corner of Eisenhower Parkway and Eagle Rock Avenue in Roseland, NJ, Eagle Rock Commons is a 38,000 SF neighborhood center owned by Sterling Properties and Klein’s Associates. Anchored by Walgreens and Commerce Bank, additional tenants include Starbucks, Floris Day Spa, Saladworks, The Dry Cleaning Station, Bensi Italian, and Manhattan Bagel. Metro Commercial’s Glenn Beyer and Tom Butera represented FedEx Kinkos in the transaction.
Eagle Rock Commons is currently 93% leased with 3,593 SF available.
