Metro Commercial Negotiates 8,876 SF Lease For Aaron's Rents
Metro Commercial continues expansion program with seventh store in region.
New location to open spring 2007
Bristol, Pennsylvania, (Bucks County) March 6, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company has negotiated a 8,876 SF lease for America’s leading name in furniture rental, sales and lease ownership, Aaron Rents, Inc. This is the seventh deal that Metro Commercial has arranged for this retailer over the past 36 months.
The new location will open late next month within Bristol Park Center, a 278,378 SF community center located at the intersection of Routes 413 and 13 at Commerce Circle in Bristol, Pennsylvania. The center is owned by KRT Property Holdings, LLC, and is anchored by Superfresh, Wal-Mart and Fashion Bug.
Metro Commercial’s Brent Barbehenn served as the leasing agent for the Aaron’s Rents, Inc. in the transaction.
