Metro Commercial arranges 13th location for Cosi in the greater Philadelphia Region
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia County) March 1, 2007 - As part of its continuing representation of Cosi throughout the greater Philadelphia region, Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc. has negotiated a new 2,300 SF lease for Cosi at the historic 30th Street Station in Philadelphia.
As one of America’s busiest transportation hubs, 30th Street Station is a national landmark that handles over 25,000 commuters daily. Covering almost two-city blocks, the station is conveniently located in the heart of Philadelphia, and offers commuters a variety of local and regional rail lines that include AMTRAK, SEPTA, New Jersey Transit, and ground transportation.
Metro Commercial’s Craig Sherby and Mike Murray negotiated the transaction at this location, which is slated to open later this year.
