WIND GAP, PENNSYLVANIA, (Northampton County) February 10, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company has negotiated a new 3,000 SF lease for Sneaker King at Wind Gap Plaza, a Neighborhood Center at 801 Male Road in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania.
Metro Commercial’s Greg Jones serves as Exclusive Leasing Agent for the 190,000 sq. ft. center, which is anchored by Giant and a Big K-Mart. The property is owned by Gustine Wind Gap Associates, LTD.
Sneaker King is the largest independent athletic shoe and apparel dealer in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Wind Gap Plaza is 100% leased and is occupied by several national tenants including Eckerd, Radio Shack, Payless Shoes, Cingular Wireless and Fashion Bug.
