Metro Commercial Negotiates New Lease for Harrigan's Pub at Rosemore Shopping Center

Premiere Irish pub expands into the Philadelphia suburbs later this month.

Hatboro, Pennsylvania, (Montgomery County) February 9, 2007 - Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company has negotiated a new 4,800 SF lease for AMC Delancey Rosemore Partners, LP and Harrigan’s Pub at Rosemore Shopping Center, a Community Center at 1051 W. County Line Road in Hatboro, Pennsylvania.

Metro Commercial’s Brent Barbehenn serves as Exclusive Leasing Agent for the 87,000 SF center, which is anchored by Dollarland, Rite Aid and Rent-a-Center.  The property is owned by AMC Delancey Rosemore Partners, LP and is managed by Metro Commercial Management Services.

Rosemore Shopping Center is 97% occupied with 3,200 sq. ft. of space currently available for lease.
