Metro Commercial Arranges Sale for Raymour & Flanigan Furniture in Brick, New Jersey
Newly constructed 40,000 SF location to open in summer 2007.
BRICK, NJ (OCEAN COUNTY) – January 31, 2007-- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has brokered the sale of a 4 acre site to Raymour and Flanigan Furniture. Grimsley Development Inc. of New Hope, PA sold the parcel for an undisclosed amount.
The pad site, which is located on Route 70 in Brick, NJ, will be developed into a 2-story 40,000 SF Raymour and Flanigan showroom and sales center that is slated to open in the summer of 2007. Lowe’s Home Improvement anchors the site.
Metro Commercial’s Jeff Lagowitz and Steven Gartner represented Raymour and Flanigan in the transaction.
