Metro Commercial Real Estate Negotiates Sale of Harrisburg West Shopping Center
Camp Hill, PA – January 23, 2007-- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has announced the sale of Harrisburg West Shopping Center in Camp Hill, PA to a private investor.
Kurt Rumley and Paul Rumley of Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Kimco Realty Corporation in the transaction.
Harrisburg West Shopping Center is located on Simpson Ferry Road and is approximately 119,341 SF. The property is anchored by Cinema Centers and Big Lots. Other tenants include Payless, PA-LCB, and Aaron’s Rents. There is currently one 24,250 SF vacancy available.
