Metro Commercial Leads Expansion Program for Great Clips
Metro Commercial negotiates new location for national salon chain.
Morris County, NJ - January 4, 2007-- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has announced that they have arranged a new 984 SF location for Great Clips, the nation’s leading no-appointment hair salon.
The new lease was negotiated at Downtown at Englewood, a 35,000 SF neighborhood center located Schalks Crossing Road and Scudders Mill Road in Plainsboro, NJ. Owned by Sharbell Development, additional tenants include 1st Constitution Bank, TF Communications and It's A Grind coffee shop. This location is slated to open in February of 2007.
Jeff Lagowitz of Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. exclusively represented the retailer in the transaction. This is the third location Metro Commercial has negotiated for Great Clips in New Jersey.
Great Clips, one of the nation’s largest franchisors, offers competitively priced, high-quality cuts and perms to men, women and children. There are currently over 2,600 salons in 120 markets across the US and Canada.
