Metro Commercial Leads Expansion Program for Blue Tulip throughout New Jersey, Connecticut and New York
Metro Commercial arranges new 5,000 SF location for specialty stationery and giftware chain
ENGLEWOOD, NJ (BERGEN COUNTY), January 4, 2007-- As part of its continuing representation of Blue Tulip, Metro Commercial Real Estate has arranged a new 5,000 SF lease for the giftware and stationary chain.
The new lease was negotiated at Downtown at Englewood, a 35,000 SF downtown center located at West Palisade Avenue in Englewood, NJ. Owned by TREECO Development Corporation, additional tenants include NY & Company, Chico’s, and Washington Mutual Bank. This location is slated to open in February of 2007.
Jeff Lagowitz of Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. exclusively represented the retailer in the transaction. This is the second location Metro Commercial has negotiated for Blue Tulip in Bergen County.
