Newly developed neighborhood center slated to open in March of 2007
ROSELAND, NJ – January 4, 2007― Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region's premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated three new leases totaling 5,922 SF at Eagle Rock Commons.
Manhattan Bagel, the national, fast casual restaurant chain will open a 2,081 SF location; Floris Spa will open a 2,676 SF full-service day spa, and Ryan Kemble Dry Cleaning Station will open a 1,165 SF store. All three retailers are slated to open in March of 2007.
Conveniently located on Eisenhower Parkway and Eagle Rock Avenue, in the heart of Essex County, Eagle Rock Commons is a brand-new 37,154 SF neighborhood center owned by Sterling Properties. Nearby pads include Walgreen’s Pharmacy and Commerce Bank.
