Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. arranges 25,000 SF lease for K&G Fashion Superstore at Shore Mall
EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP (ATLANTIC COUNTY), NJ – December 7, 2006― Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region's premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a new lease for 25,000 SF K&G Fashion Superstore at the Shore Mall.
Conveniently located just 8 miles from Atlantic City, Shore Mall is an 835,000 SF enclosed mall located on Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township. Owned by Cedar Shopping Center Partners, anchors include Boscov’s, Value City and Burlington Coat Factory. This will be K&G's eighth store in New Jersey.
