Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. leads national expansion program for Cosi in northern New Jersey
First location for fast casual chain scheduled to open in the winter of 2007.
CRANFORD, NJ (UNION COUNTY)– December 7, 2006 – As part of its continuing representation of Cosi in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. has negotiated the first location for the fast casual restaurant chain in Northern NJ.
Cosi will open a 3,220 SF location within Cranford Crossing, a mixed-use project that is located on South Union Avenue in Cranford, NJ. Developed by Westminster Communities, Cranford Crossing is a pedestrian-friendly community that will consist of 50 luxurious condominium units and 22,000 SF of retail space. The project consists of two buildings situated across from the Cranford train station and is slated to open this winter.
Metro Commercial’s Tom Butera represented Cosi in the transaction.
