Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Negotiates 29,250 SF Lease on behalf of Namco
Full-service pool, patio and game store to open in March of 2007.
CHRISTIANA, DE (NEW CASTLE COUNTY)– December 7, 2006 – Metro Commercial Real Estate, the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has arranged a new 29,250 SF lease for NAMCO in Christiana, Delaware.
The pool, patio and game store will open within University Plaza, a 243,000 SF neighborhood center located at Route 273 and Chapman Road. The center, which is anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, and Acme, is owned by Dack Realty. Levitz Furniture was the former tenant in this location. This is a relocation of the existing Namco store in Delaware from down the street. Namco doubled their size from where they are down the street.
Metro Commercial’s Greg Jones represented Dack Realty in the transaction.
