Metro Commercial Arranges Long-Term Land Lease for The Bank

EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ (BURLINGTON COUNTY) – December 7, 2006-- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a 20-year, 1.5 acre land lease for The Bank, a community-based financial institution.

Located at Greentree Road and North Maple Avenue in Evesham Township, Burlington County, NJ, the site formerly housed the Greentree Inn.  The property will undergo under a complete redevelopment to build a 2,706 SF full service bank.

Metro Commercial’s Paul Friedman represented the seller, Miriello’s Greentree Inc., in the transaction.  The new bank is slated to open this spring.

The Bank is New Jersey’s community bank, offering retail and corporate banking services at 27 branches throughout Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Atlantic, and Camden Counties.
