Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Negotiates 6,000 SF Lease for
Keller Williams Realty Inc.
Full-service residential real estate firm to open its first South Jersey location.
CHERRY HILL, NJ (CAMDEN COUNTY)– November 28, 2006 – Metro Commercial Real Estate, the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has arranged a new 6,000 SF lease for Keller Williams Realty Inc.
The new residential real estate sales office will open within Beowulf Plaza, a 32,000 SF office building located at 1814 Route 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is Keller Williams first office in the Southern New Jersey marketplace, and slated to open in December of 2006.
Metro Commercial’s Michael Gorman, represented Keller Williams Realty Inc. in the transaction.
