Metro Commercial Arranges 13,500 SF Lease for Golf Galaxy Superstore in Oxford Valley
Specialty superstore continues expansion through Pennsylvania; offers customers competitive
pricing and expanded selection.
LANGHORNE, PA – October 26, 2006 – Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has negotiated a 13,500 SF lease for Golf Galaxy in Oxford Valley.
The retail location will be located on Oxford Valley Road in Bucks County at the former site of Today’s Man. This latest addition to the Golf Galaxy chain of superstores will join a number of other shops and retailers in the area that include Sesame Place and the Oxford Valley Mall.
Metro Commercial’s Glenn Marvin represented the landlord, Willner Realty and Development, in the transaction. The newest location of Golf Galaxy is slated to open at the end of the year.
