Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Expands Mount Laurel, New Jersey Office
Joseph W. Dougherty Jr. joins Mount Laurel Office as part of Metro Commercial’s Leasing Team.
MT. LAUREL, NJ – July 26, 2006 – Metro Commercial Real Estate, the region’s premier full-service retail real estate company, has recently expanded their Southern New Jersey office with the addition of Joseph W. Dougherty Jr. to its leasing team.
Dougherty brings a solid background in retail real estate with a focus on tenant representation to his role at Metro Commercial Real Estate. Previously, Joe worked as a real estate associate for Interstate Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in New York City, where he served as a key member of Commerce Bank’s Florida and New York City expansion team. While at Interstate, Dougherty also identified potential properties, negotiated leases and sales agreements.
Dougherty is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a graduate of Drexel University.
