Metro Commercial Negotiates 10,000 SF Lease for The Learning Experience Day Care Center 

Hopewell, (Mercer County) NJ – June 22, 2006 -- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service real estate company has negotiated a 10,000 square-foot lease for The Learning Experience Day Care Center.

The new childcare center, which is slated to open in August of 2006, is located at Route 31 and Denow Road in the Hopewell Crossing Center.  Located in Mercer County, NJ, Hopewell Crossing is a 123,000 square-foot neighborhood center owned by Hopewell Town Center Associates. Tenants include Super G, Starbucks, Blockbuster Video and Chase Bank. This property, which is currently 95% occupied, is also managed by Metro Commercial Management Services.
