Metro Commercial Negotiates 12,595 SF Lease for Children’s Wear
Mays Landing, NJ – June 7, 2006 -- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service real estate company has negotiated a 12,595 square foot lease for Children’s Wear.
The new children’s retail outpost will be located on 3914 Black Horse Pike in Mays Landing within the Festival at Hamilton. Festival at Hamilton is an 182,000 square foot center anchored by a 57,000 square foot Acme Markets Superstore. Other tenants include Pier One Imports, Blockbuster Video, and JoAnn Fabrics. This property is managed and leased by Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
Metro Commercial’s Brent Barbehenn negotiated the lease on behalf of Children’s Wear.
Children’s Wear features such brand name vendors as Polo Ralph Lauren, Lilly Pulitzer, Mulberribush, Sweet Potatoes and Sara's Prints from infants to pre-teens.
