Metro Commercial Negotiates New Lease for Spectix Optique in Center City, Philadelphia

Prime location to be situated in the heart of Rittenhouse Square

PHILADELPHIA, PA – April 28, 2006― Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service real estate company has announced the completion of a 1,259 square foot lease for Spectix Optique. 

Currently located at 1733 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, this exclusive eyewear boutique will relocate in Summer 2006 to 1845 Walnut Street, in an office building owned by 1845 Walnut Associates Ltd.

Metro Commercial’s Lisa Rosenfeldt represented Spectix Optique in the transaction. Kenneth Gross of Brandywine Construction and Management negotiated the lease on behalf of 1845 Walnut Street.

With an additional location in Haverford, PA, Spectix Optique offers an expansive selection of world-famous designer frames.
