Metro Commercial Negotiates 7,200 SF New Lease for Dress Barn

Bear, DE– March 31, 2006― As part of it’s continuing representation of Dress Barn, Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the region’s premier full-service real estate company has negotiated a new location for the apparel retailer in Bear, DE.

The new 7,200 SF retail store will be located at Route 1 and Route 40 in Bear, Delaware within a neighborhood center owned by Bellevue Realty.  Other tenants occupying this 250,000-square-foot center include PNC Bank, Wendy’s and Blockbuster Video. Metro Commercial’s Rob Cooper negotiated the lease on behalf of Dress Barn.
